How Distance Affects the Price

Within one district — say, across Canggu or within Denpasar — a standard item runs IDR 300,000–400,000. Between neighbouring districts (Seminyak to Canggu, Sanur to Denpasar) budget IDR 400,000–500,000, and a long haul like Canggu to Uluwatu is IDR 550,000–700,000 because the truck and crew are yours for the best part of half a day. Genuinely heavy pieces — stone tables, pianos, commercial fridges — may need a third or fourth mover, quoted honestly up front.

If the piece needs to come apart to leave the seller's room — beds and wardrobes usually do — add disassembly and reassembly and the same crew handles it at both ends. Moving three or more large items? At that point a small apartment move usually costs less per piece. Shipping furniture off Bali entirely — to Java, Lombok or further — is a different job with ferry paperwork and timing, and runs through our inter-island moving service instead. How We Work

1. Send the item and two pins

   A photo of the piece, pickup pin, drop-off pin. We reply with a fixed price and the next available window.

2. We coordinate the seller

   Give us the seller's number and we agree the pickup window directly — no three-way scheduling headache.

3. Pickup, wrap, load

   The crew checks the item against your photo, wraps it, loads it and sends you confirmation photos.

4. Delivery to the room

   Not kerbside — into the room you want, up the stairs if needed, unwrapped, with all film taken away.

A studio adding two desks, a coworking member moving a filing cabinet, a startup collecting a printer and a stand-up desk from a Denpasar supplier — these are single-item deliveries in every way that matters, and they run on the same pricing as a sofa or a fridge: send the pins, get a fixed price, often same day.

If instead you are moving an entire office — every workstation, the server rack, the files, over a weekend with a floor plan and labelling — that is a bigger job with its own crew size and schedule. Same-district delivery starts from IDR 300,000 per standard item including two movers and wrapping — one of the cheaper ways to move a sofa or fridge across Bali compared with hiring a pickup and porters separately. Neighbouring districts run IDR 400,000–500,000 and long cross-island runs IDR 550,000–700,000. A second item on the same route adds only IDR 100,000–150,000, so pairing purchases saves real money.
