Minimal Downtime by Design
The quote starts with a free 30-minute site visit (or video call) where we count workstations and agree the floor plan for the new space. From that we fix the price and the timeline — for a typical 10-desk office: pack and label Friday evening, transport Saturday morning in one CDE truck, rebuild and place Saturday afternoon, leaving Sunday as a buffer. Files and anything confidential travel in sealed, numbered crates, and the same two senior movers handle them at both ends.
Shelving, partitions and reception counters are handled by our disassembly and assembly team. If your new office is not ready on handover day, we bridge the gap with short-term storage — a week or a month, inventoried either way. Archive boxes and bubble wrap for staff who prefer to pack their own desks come from our materials service two or three days ahead.

Pricing in IDR
A small office of up to 10 workstations starts from IDR 2,000,000 including truck, crew, labelling materials and basic insurance. Larger offices are quoted per workstation at IDR 150,000–250,000 plus transport, which keeps the number predictable as you grow.
