After years of unloading trucks I can tell you where moving damage really happens: before the truck, in the packing. A glass packed standing in a proper cell box survives Bali's worst roads; a glass rolled in a beach towel does not survive the driveway. Our packing crews do this every day — kitchens are the main event, then wardrobes, books, electronics and the fragile shelf of souvenirs everyone owns here. You can book the crew for everything, just the fragile stuff, or skip the crew entirely and have materials delivered to pack yourself.

Four Ways to Use This Service

Full Packing

Two packers work through the whole home a day before your move — labelled by room, fragile boxes marked, beds left for the morning. A 2-bedroom villa takes about half a day.

Fragile-Only Packing

The budget favourite: you pack clothes and books, we pack the kitchen, glassware, artwork and electronics — the things that actually break.

Materials Delivery

Double-wall boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape and mattress covers dropped at your door, usually same day. We buy back undamaged unused boxes.

Unpacking

At the new place we unpack, place kitchenware where you point, and take every empty box and scrap of film away with us.

Materials We Bring (and What They Cost)

We stock double-wall boxes in three sizes at IDR 15,000–25,000 each, wardrobe boxes with hanging rails at IDR 60,000, bubble wrap and packing paper by the roll, stretch film, tape and marker sets. A typical 1-bedroom home needs 15–20 boxes and one roll of bubble wrap — around IDR 450,000 in materials; a 2-bedroom villa roughly doubles that. Delivery anywhere in south Bali is included on orders above IDR 300,000.

How We Work

  1. Tell us what needs packing

    Photos of the kitchen and shelves, or a quick list. We estimate hours and materials and send one fixed price.

  2. Materials arrive first

    Boxes and wrap delivered flat to your door — same day in most districts — whether you pack or we do.

  3. Packers work room by room

    Each box labelled with room and contents, fragile boxes marked and stacked separately for careful loading.

  4. Move or store

    Packed boxes go onto the truck with your move, into storage, or simply stay stacked and ready for whichever mover you use.

Pricing in IDR

A packing crew visit starts from IDR 350,000 for two packers up to two hours — enough for a fragile-only job in most homes. Full packing for a 2-bedroom villa runs IDR 700,000–1,200,000 in labour plus materials used, counted box by box on the invoice. Materials only: boxes IDR 15,000–25,000, bubble wrap from IDR 150,000 per roll, tape IDR 15,000. Everything is listed on the pricing page.

Can I just buy boxes from you?
Yes — boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape and mattress covers are delivered to your door, usually the same day, with free delivery on orders over IDR 300,000. We buy back undamaged unused boxes.
How long does packing a villa take?
Two packers do a 2-bedroom villa in about half a day, a large 4-bedroom villa in a full day. We usually pack the day before the move so beds and coffee things stay out until morning.
Are boxes you pack covered if something breaks?
Yes — boxes packed by our crew are covered by the move's transport insurance. Boxes you pack yourself travel at owner's risk, which is standard across the industry.
Do you unpack at the new place?
Yes, unpacking is a separate add-on: we empty boxes, place items where you direct, and remove all empty boxes and packing waste the same day.
