Villas are most of what we move — a family going from a Berawa rental to a bigger place in Umalas, or a couple relocating up the coast to Pererenan when the lease ends. I have led our villa crews since 2018, and the routine is always the same: we walk your rooms together on a WhatsApp video call, count the big pieces, decide between one CDE truck or two L300 trips for narrow-lane villas, and lock a fixed price before moving day. The crew of three or four arrives at 08:00 with blankets, film and tools, and a typical 2-bedroom villa is set up in its new home by mid-afternoon.
What Villa Moving Includes
Packing & Wrapping
Every cupboard packed into double-wall boxes, every sofa, mattress and table wrapped in moving blankets and stretch film. Artwork and mirrors get cardboard corners and bubble wrap.
Disassembly & Reassembly
Beds, wardrobes and dining tables taken apart, bolts bagged and taped to the part they belong to, then rebuilt in the new villa the same day.
Loading & Transport
A CDE box truck for most villas, an L300 for narrow-gang access. Heavy pieces strapped to the walls, boxes stacked by room so unloading is fast.
Placement & Setup
We do not dump boxes at the gate. Furniture goes into the rooms you point to, beds are rebuilt, and we take the used film and cardboard away if you want.
Trucks, Crew and Timing
A standard 2-bedroom villa fits in one Colt Diesel Engkel (CDE) box truck of around 12–14 m³ and takes a crew of three movers 4–6 hours door to door. Large 3–4 bedroom family villas need a second load or a fourth mover and usually run a full day, 08:00 to early evening. For villas down narrow gangs in Canggu or Ubud where a CDE cannot pass, we shuttle with the smaller L300 — it adds a trip, not a surprise charge, because it is all in the fixed quote.
If you want to hand over the whole job, add our packing service a day before the move. Carved teak beds and built-in-look wardrobes are handled by the disassembly and assembly team, and if there is a gap between rental contracts we can hold everything in clean, dry storage near Denpasar until the new villa is ready.

Fixed quote and date
You get one number covering truck, crew, materials and insurance the same day. Pick a date — weekends cost the same.
Moving day
Crew arrives at 08:00, packs and wraps what is left, loads room by room and drives. You can ride along or meet us at the new villa.
Setup and final check
Furniture placed, beds rebuilt, boxes in the right rooms. We walk the truck and the villa together before the crew leaves.
Pricing in IDR
A 2-bedroom villa move starts from IDR 1,500,000 including the CDE truck, three movers, blankets, film and basic transport insurance. Three-bedroom villas run IDR 2,500,000–3,500,000, and large 4-bedroom homes with garden furniture and appliances start from IDR 4,000,000.
